If you choose to make a purchase through this Site, we will then ask you to create an account, a username and a password; we will also ask you to provide certain personal information (such as your name, home address, e-mail, and telephone number) that is necessary to process your order.
We use PayPal to process online payments. When you place an order and choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be directed to submit billing and payment information (such as your credit card number) through PayPal. Please be aware that the collection and use of such information is governed by PayPal’s privacy policy, not ours.

Use of Your Personal Information: Frank Spear Photographic Arts (“FSPA”) collects and uses your personal information to operate and improve our Site, to process and fulfill your orders, and to provide customer service. We may also send transaction-related communications such as welcome emails, order confirmations, and shipping notices. By accepting this Site’s Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information.
We will not send you marketing or promotional communications, unless you opt in to receiving such information. You can discontinue future promotional emails by following the specific unsubscribe instructions in the communications you receive.
3. Sharing Your Personal Information: Except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy, FSPA does not share your personal information with any third parties.
We may share your personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf. For instance, we may engage other companies to host our Site, to provide data storage, to process payments, and to fulfill orders and shipments. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information necessary for them to provide the service. They will be required to maintain the confidentiality of the information.
